It’s one of the funny things about wedding photography that you meet people so far in advance of their wedding day and then can go quite a bit of time before you see each other again in the run up to the big day. Bianca and Julia were actually one of the first couples that took the plunge and booked me when I was just a spring chicken in the wedding photography industry. I was lucky enough that they saw something in my photography that meant they trusted that young photographer with capturing their wedding day.  It honestly seems like a lifetime ago. For that reason these guys will always have a special place in my heart and I had been looking forward to their wedding day at The Spa Hotel in Kent all year. I’ve rarely been to a more emotional wedding day that’s for sure. Their were many tears shed throughout the whole day, but they were truly happy tears. Bianca’s family had traveled all the way from the other side of the world in Australia and the English weather certainly lived up to it’s reputation producing one heck of a storm straight after the ceremony, but as I’ve said before on this blog, when two people are so obviously in love you really do barely notice the rain coming down.
