At the beginning of 2012 I wrote here about how I came to be photographing peoples wedding day. It was quite personal, I wanted it to be truthful and honest, I wanted the people who might ask me to be a part of their wedding to understand a little bit about what pushes me to do what I do. It seems like a lifetime ago now but still, when I read it back, it feels truthful to me.  As I was writing I was really only just starting along this path and I had absolutely no clue of what an amazing year it was going to be. When all is said and done it was the year I finally got the chance to do the thing I love to do. It would never have been possible without all the fantastic couples I got to work with who without exception were fun, relaxed, wonderful people. So, to all of them from me a massive and heartfelt thank you.
